Role Description

This is a contract role for a Sales and Education Manager Canada at Bella+Gaia. The Sales and Education Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations and educational programs in Canada. The role will involve conducting trainings, coaching, and communication with the team and clients. This is a hybrid role, based in West Vancouver, BC, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in curriculum development, education, and training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coach and motivate a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of the natural luxury industry is a plus
• Dual Licensed in Massage Therapy and Esthetics
• Abiltiy to travel nationally and internationally
